Position Overview

We are recruiting experienced Construction Site Managers to lead multidisciplinary teams on cutting-edge data centre and pharmaceutical facility construction projects across Europe. You will manage all on-site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong commercial and client-facing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Contract

• Contribute to estimates and tender submissions, including technical site assessments.
• Review tender documentation with the operations team, with a focus on technical-build requirements.
• Participate in adjudication meetings and post-tender interviews.
• Assist with detailed planning and programme development for complex builds.
• Identify value engineering opportunities suitable for high-tech environments.
• Support the preparation of documentation for tender submissions.

Post-Contract

• Uphold safety-first principles across all data centre and pharmaceutical projects.
• Ensure each project is accurately planned, resourced, and scheduled.
• Implement company production, commercial, and reporting procedures on site.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets with the commercial team and take action to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with stringent health, safety, environmental, and quality standards relevant to controlled technical environments.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience in data centre, pharmaceutical, or other technically complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of modern construction methods and high-tech facility requirements.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to support profit-driven decision-making.
• Competence in procurement, subcontractor management, and material ordering.
• Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation, quality management, and industry regulations.
